Osushi Gummi

Well, the Japanese part of my J-List order arrived. <:D Disappointingly, the box got bashed to shit during transit, then Australian Customs came along, opened it, and bashed the contents around some more. Aaaargh. Pretty much everything in there was smooshed or crushed in some way, but thankfully nothing ended up broken or inedible.

Osushi gummi is just what it's called - gummi candy in the shape of sushi. The "rice" is marshmallow with chocolate inside, and the "fish" is fruit-flavoured gummi. There are several kinds of sushi listed in the lid of the box, along with two mystery sushi which may or may not appear in your particular box. (In my case, there were no mystery sushi at all... T_T)

The result is an addictive little morsel that goes into your mouth, provides a brief moment of gummi-ful pleasure, then promptly disappears. At this point you go berko and start eating them until you finally run out, which doesn't take long.

Ahem. Not speaking from experience or anything.

I wonder what fruity flavour salmon sushi is... I bet it's orange :D
